We accept many health insurance plans and will gladly file the claim. Co-payments and deductibles (the portion that insurance deems as the patient's responsibility) are due at the time services are rendered. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment.

Out-of-Network Insurances
As a courtesy to our patients, we'll file under any insurance policy that will allow us to submit claims. Out-of-network claims may be processed at a lower benefit resulting in the patient having a higher deductible or copay. The cost difference can vary depending on the patient's policy.
Financial Arrangements
Self pay arrangements are available for patients who do not have health insurance or have insurance that does not participate with Comber Physical Therapy.
